By accessing this website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a coaching program, or purchasing any course, digital product, or service, you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy outlined below.

1. Services Provided
Global Finance English Hub provides professional communication training and educational services for non-native English-speaking finance professionals, including but not limited to:
Business and professional English coaching
Executive interview preparation
Workplace communication training
Self-paced courses
Digital products and templates
Live masterclasses and bootcamps
All services are educational in nature and intended for professional development purposes only.
2. Coaching Services
All coaching sessions are delivered online via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom. Sessions may include live coaching, mock interviews, presentation practice, email review, structured exercises, feedback, and assignments.
Coaching services do not constitute therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or job placement services.
3. Free Consultations
Free consultations may be offered to assess client needs and determine program suitability. These consultations are not coaching sessions and do not include document editing, mock interviews, or personalized training.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a program. We reserve the right to decline services if we determine the engagement is not a suitable fit.
4. Payment Policy
Full payment is required prior to the delivery of any coaching service, course, digital product, or program unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment instructions and available payment methods will be provided during enrollment or consultation. No sessions or access will be granted until payment is received in full.
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Attendance
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions through the designated booking system.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may result in the loss of scheduling privileges.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be deemed used without refund or rescheduling.
6. Refund Policy
Coaching Programs
All coaching programs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Once a coaching program has begun, no refunds will be issued due to the personalized nature of the service and the preparation involved.
Digital Products & Courses
All digital products, including templates, PDFs, recordings, self-paced courses, and masterclass replays, are non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Consultations
Consultations are offered at no cost. Missed consultations may be rescheduled at our discretion.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
Participate actively and professionally
Complete assignments where applicable
Maintain a stable internet connection
Communicate respectfully at all times
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the quality and continuity of services.
8. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including employment offers, promotions, salary increases, or interview success. Results depend on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
We provide tools, strategies, and guidance; outcomes will vary.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Global Finance English Hub—including templates, scripts, videos, worksheets, recordings, and documents—are our intellectual property.
Materials may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without prior written permission.
